The Pullman Union Station is a pet-friendly community! We require a $300 deposit and $35 per month pet rent. There is a maximum of two pets per home. Contact our leasing office for information on breed restrictions.

Prospective tenants in the state of Colorado have the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is in compliance with Section 38-12-902(2.5) of the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning tenant screening documentation for residential leases. If such a report is provided, the landlord is prohibited from charging a rental application fee or any other fees associated with the use of the PTSR.
